WORK EXPERIENCE:
HIGH TECH:
 Supervision, (general foreman, designer, estimator), of $1,000,000 electrical wire saw renovation project—P&ID, power distribution, switchgear room, UPS systems, and controls.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT:
Retro-fit 1500Hp. 4160 Vac 3ph. D.C. synchronous blower motor controls with programmable controller. Rewire softstart module, exciter, MCC interface relay section, remote CCB, signal amplifiers, vaneing computer, environmental monitoring computer and instrumentation. Troubleshooting of new PLC control logic.
Worked on Columbia River & Swan Island pumping stations.
Installed pH monitoring stations for wastewater at OHSU, Franz Bakery, and Fred Meyer Bakery.
Design built the panels for Franz and Fred Meyer.
MANUFACTURING:
Design-built multiple manufacturing renovations, relocations, and installations.
Performed electrical design and review for Interstate Mechanical’s contracts.
Designed and built UL listed control panels - slurry mixer, glass washer, life safety.
Built 3rd party inspected panels - UPS, annunciation, life safety, and pH.
Rewired foreign machine tool and production control panels to UL compliance standard.
Performed computer site analysis, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Power and control wired for industrial and commercial installations.
Troubleshot an array of equipment and installations.
Designed and installed lighting layouts - tennis courts, warehouses, and product accentuation's.
