Mr. Figone has 17 years of experience in the communications industry. He recently joined Dryer and Sons as the General Manager of the Limited Energy Division. As Division Manager, Mr. Figone maintains direct contact with the customer’s Project Manager and coordinates within the Dryer Team to meet customers’ requirements. He manages and consults all aspects of the project from design to execution, becoming responsible for details such as timely delivery of project scope to engineering unique solutions to each project. His posts include senior level consultation in the cable system and network arenas. In addition, he held senior positions for nationwide contractors, telecommunications equipment manufactures, channel distribution, retail systems, and major projects of long duration.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
 Regence Blue Cross—Provided both new and retrofit cabling and its infrastructure for a campus of buildings in downtown Portland. The project includes infrastructure design, implementation and management services for over 2,000 workstations in four multi story buildings.
Nike Inc. World Headquarters and Retail Stores—Managed the design/build of more than 15 retrofitted buildings encompassing over 4,500 workstations. He has also managed a 52-site, nationwide retail store rollout for Nike, Inc.
Hollywood Entertainment—Managed a corporate headquarters relocation project in Wilsonville, Oregon. This project encompassed: network integration, new cable systems, data center design and buildout, coordinating a Lucent G3 PBX installation, and paging system.
Esco Corporation—Consulting for ht procurement of one 800-port PBX and ten 100-port PBXs networked to Portland. Implemented and managed a hot cutover for the large PLX and designed a built a new switch room/MDF for the cut. 3000 pairs of backbone splicing and cutover were accomplished in a single evening at the high point of this project.
